The text discusses the available statistical data on cybercrime. It therefore begins by briefly outlining the legislative definition on which most of the data is based. It then mentions sources of relevant statistical data outside the criminal sphere in the Czech Republic and their limitations. It then discusses police and judicial statistics in more detail.
